If you are a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within a period set by applicable law (e.g. 14 days in the EU from receipt of goods), unless the goods are sealed and not suitable for return for health reasons. In such cases we may not accept returns of opened dietary supplement packaging once the seal is broken, in line with consumer and safety regulations.
